WHY ME?
Choosing a Realtor can be difficult. They all claim to offer service, knowledge, etc.. Sometimes you need to know more. I believe character is important and is developed by experiences and relationships.
When I moved to Rocklin in 1968, it was the beginning of my active participation within the community. Little League, Cub Scouts, paper routes and mowing lawns all provided me with an opportunity to help others while making new friends along the way.
After leaving the state to work and attend college, I returned to purchase my first home. Now married and raising three boys in Rocklin, my community involvement continues. Whether coaching Little League on the same fields I played nearly 40 years ago, or actively participating with local schools to help ensure the future of our children, it is important to remain in touch with the entire community. As a member of the Rocklin Area Chamber of Commerce, I am taking additional opportunities to continue being involved with the future of this city. Interacting with people is one of the reasons I enjoy real estate. Finding a young couple that first home, seeing their family grow and helping them with sound financial decisions for the future ..........it's an incredible feeling.
